  1. By eating clean! Raw deserts, yummy green smoothies and delicious salads! Nothing makes you feel more alive than eating healthy foods! And by eating healthy, I dont feel so bad about the occasional visit to Cold Rock hehe!

  3. I have stomach banding. Eating small meals, sometimes you don’t get all the nutrients you need. I know if I win, my wellbeing will improve.

  31. I have recently been trying to get fit by doing Zumba at home and also going for more walks and drinking lots of coconut water

  36. Start the day with a smile for myself in the mirror followed by a long deep breath, then spend each day being the person I want to be.

  37. Moderation is the absolute key!
    When my boyfriend and I have our little cheat meals eg parma and chips, I always make sure to have a super healthy lunch full of protein and lots of salad and drink lots of water. I also always workout at least 3 times a week alternating strenght based and cardio based workouts. always taking time out to reduce stress such as listening to music or taking a walk etc

  38. being a mother of 3 kids 2 of which a twins is all the exercise I need while they are at school I work out eat clean which is hard because sometimes im making 2 dinners lol I eat a ton of fruit vegs and coconut water and take vitamins and supplements

  39. Preparing delicious, nutrient dense, healthy meals using seasonal, locally sourced (and when I can afford it, organic) produce enhances my wellbeing. Gentle walks and laughter every day help the wellbeing of my mind 🙂

  40. Lots of Plant based raw gets my running shoes pounding the floor, I fuel my body with lots of greens to give my body the vitamins it needs, not just for my body but also my mind I meditate,breathe,let go and unwind.

  41. I enhance my well being by trying to only eat nutrient dense food, each meal needs to contain a decent amount of nutrients to ensure I have a good continual supply. Of course, I’m only human and not always perfect, but I certainly do try.

I enhance my well being by preparing tasty nutritious meals, eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables every day, having plenty of fibre in my diet, taking multi vitamins and walking and taking the stairs instead of being lazy. I try and get enough sleep and try hard to keep my stress levels down as well.

  49. I need to work out at least 5 times a week, if I don’t I really feel flat. The last 2 weeks I have been sick I have only done 4 classes and I am really noticing how it affects my mood. Quite a difference from 5 years ago where I wasn’t doing any exercise at all!

  50. Visiting a naturopath to try and sort out my health issues. Taking a concoction of natural products and experimenting with a diet free of dairy due to strong suspicions of a dairy intolerance. Equipped with early nights, lots of helpful vitamins, organic fruit and vegies and a jogging routine twice a week – I need to be at my best to raise my young, busy family.

    As an aside I am thrilled to read about the information on Raw Protein. My son takes medication which suppresses his appetite and we are battling, without success, to try and get some weight on him. This dense protein source may just be our salvation, making our son look more healthy and letting him feel better in himself.

  51. I gather my raw MATERIALS: Raw vegetables and fruit, some exercise, some sleep, some water. And then I feel I have a raw deal!

  57. Taking proper care of ourselves is essential for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. The better we feel, the more we’re able to engage fully with our lives and the richer our relationships with other people become.
    I find a good pampering session, whether it’s for a facial, massage, or even a pedicure, a visit to the spa is a foolproof way to promote stress relief and relaxation. It’s just what the doctor ordered. It balances me from the inside out, refreshing, relaxing and rejuvenating me, making me happier and saner, all of which l carry with me into my dealings with the wider world.

  61. I like to keep active. I also eat clean, eating a high protein, low carb diet with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. I drink 2-3 litres of water a day also. I do a lot of reading up on different foods to keep the body healthy and adopt some of these methods into my everyday life 🙂
