  1. My MUST have makeup item is my Maybelline concealer stick, with some little broken capillaries on my cheek this covers them no worries. I then use my Mineral Powder and I feel flawless!

  2. My must have is blush to create a rosy, healthy glow, and if I haven’t got any handy……..I pinch my cheeks for a makeshift must have 🙂

  3. I need my foundation….I love having the look of flawless skin and if my sin looks good I an g without the rest! I LIKE ELES ON FB!

  4. FACIAL PRIMER – covers the blotches and evens my skin tone. Leaves your skin feeling silky soft and provides the perfect base for foundation to just glide on. It makes me feel more attractive, lovable, kissable. Hubby loves me ‘primed’.

  5. I would say eyeliner because you can do so much, they do say the eyes are the windows to the soul so make those peepers pop girl!!

  6. Blush. In a makeup crisis a single blush can take you a long way. it can be used as a blush as intended but can also be used as an eyeshadow and applied to the lips to add some colour also. What a bargain product.

  7. Definitely foundation and face powder is a must in my make up bag. I feel I need to cover up my imperfections daily. Unfortunately I lack self confidence resulting not even been able to walk to the letterbox with out make up on. This has been the case since I started high school in 1982 and now I am 43 🙁

  8. Definitely Mascara but it has to be waterproof so when I get caught out in the rain, I know it won’t smudge or run down my face. It’s the product that I can rely on to at least make my face look made up if I haven’t got other products on. Mascara makes me feel dressed.

  9. black mascara is a must have in my collection, even when I want to go out with no makeup, I always put this on to enhance my eyes.

  10. Red lipstick, makes a defining statement, enhances my eyes, moisturizes and protects my lips, my husband loves it ooh la la, making me feel confident and sassy:)

  11. My must have makeup item is my pink lipstick that always puts a smile on my face and makes me feel bright and cheerful, all day, every day!

  12. Concealer. As perfect as I like to think I am, I’m not….so concealer helps hide the flaws and give off the image of perfection! Be lost without it.

  13. Lip gloss is essential for me as I have a scar on my lip that needs to be covered up otherwise everybody seems to think it’s a cold sore!

  14. I definitely love my mascara, makes such a difference to my eyes, opens them up and makes them look clearer. And I love that it takes me 2 seconds to produce that effect.

  15. I have a baby who doesn’t like to sleep at night; so a good concealer is essential to cover up the bags under my eyes and stop me from looking as zombielike as I feel. That, or matchsticks but I guess they arent really a makeup item……

  16. A pressed powder 🙂 I use this for all over colour, a face framer, a cheek contour and as a eye shadow. So a very versatile product for me. Honestly couldn’t live without one 🙂

  17. A bronzer is a must have item for me…. I don’t want to age my skin any further by tanning in the sun, and a bronzer gives my skin some much needed colour and glow, plus it also doubles as a blush as well as it can be used as an eyeshadow, and when used wet with an eyeliner brush, it can be used as a eyeliner as well – a true multitasking wonder product!

  18. My favourite beauty “product” is a smile, because it’s easy, free, and makes me glow from the inside out, with a spring in my step.

  19. I love my mascara, but I’m running out
I’d wear it every day, without a doubt
    My lashes grow
    My eye colours show
    A sparkle will shine
    That I can call mine

When all else fails, I know that I will at least be protecting my skin from the ravaging rays of the sun (how’s THAT for alliteration???).

  21. Eyeliner, it’s about the only makeup I wear everyday, makes my eyes look less droopy, gives me definition with a lift 🙂

  22. As mum of three aged 9 and under
I’m usually rushed off my feet, is it any wonder?
So my make-up routine is not very great
I don’t have much time, I am often late
But there’s one product I simply adore
I apply it each day before I rush out the door
Mascara, to lengthen lashes and make my stand out
My favourite make-up product, without a doubt!!

  23. I must have either foundation or BBcream with sunscreen in it to not only have great looking skin but to protect my skin from those terrible UV rays.

  24. Eyeliner! A lifesaver to brighten up my whole face even when I’m feeling tired and dull, starting with the window to the soul.

  25. I can’t live without my green CC cream…it evens out my skin tone, hydrates, and provides a little sun protection – perfection in a tube!

  26. Tinted moisturiser as it protects and primes my skin ready to apply make-up. When in a hurry or just at home, it replaces make-up.

  27. For me it has to be Concealer I need to hide those spots and darkness under my eyes to feel confident enough to face the world.

  28. Black waterproof ICONIC macara from Dior, it just opens my eyes and gives them more definition and I could not live without it.

  29. A lightly tinted lip balm is a must for me. I have quite thin lips so I don’t like to go too bright . . the light glossy tint keeps my lips moisturised and makes them look a little plumper 🙂

  30. I never leave home without at least two lipsticks in my bag, with Queensland’s unpredictable weather its always good to have something to keep my lips moist, and keep me looking fabulous.

  31. My trusty eyebrow pencil! They say perfect eyebrows can balance your features and frame your face and can give you an instant face lift. I need all the help I can get after a session of over zealous plucking!

  32. My foundation! “natural” works for some people, but unfortunately I’m not one of them and I benefit from the extra help that my foundation gives me! My hairbrush, I know this isn’t makeup but it’s important, because nobody can run their fingers through knotted hair and mascara because a flutter of my eyelids and the world is my oyster!!!

  33. B&B Age Defying Cream is a must in my make up purse. I love it! I tell all my friends and I even buy it for them as a gift.

  34. I love a natural look and as the years go by I seem to be using more and more products to achieve this! A good base is essential for me so I will say a great moisturising foundation makes me feel a million bucks and years younger.

  35. Nivea – fruity shine in pink guava It moisturises as well adds a little colour and shine to my lips in this hot weather.

  36. My ‘must have’ is clear lip gloss, whether I’m out & about during the day or partying the night away! By itself gives me a natural look or over lippy to add that shine.

  37. I’m no mathematician but all I can say is bright eyes + party glitter x bold fluttering lashes = one smoking, uber-sultry sass pot who loves her mascara

  38. My must have item is mascara! Just a quick pop of the mascara on your eyes and you can be ready to go without anything else!
    Never without mascara!

  39. My must have item is an incredible skincare routine that gives me the ability to go makeup free if I want to! Not that I don’t love putting the stuff on 😉 xx

  40. Am I warm? Cool? Olive? I give up? If I could play around at home and put on many faces with these sizzling hot cosmetic gift packs I will finally find out for myself. Thanks for the chance.

  41. Foundation is my make-up essential! It smooths everything out and creates a perfect base for additional make-up applications, or just a nice simple even skin tone.

  42. I’m very particular what I put on my skin because of all the toxic chemicals added to so many products. I love mineral makeup my foundation being my favourite. It looks and feels lovely on my skin.

  43. Mineral Powder Foundation. It blends so quickly and is so easy to apply that even a makeup novice like me can look and feel good wearing it.

  44. I simply LOVE Avon’s Moisturising Lip Plumper. I have tried every lip balm under the sun and this is a clear winner. I have one in my makeup case and one in my handbag at all times!

  45. If I had to choose only one it would be my fave concealer, it can hide under eye circles from late nights and conceal skin imperfections in an instant, a truly multi-tasking product!

  46. My must-have makeup item is a hard working mascara, it can brighten my eyes and make me look more awake, so failing all else at least I will have pretty peepers!

  47. A good quality BB Cream is the most versatile, must-have product out- it gives me a light coverage, moisturizes my skin, contains sunscreen and it doesn’t matter if I leave it on overnight! Plus they are super affordable and easy to pop in the handbag for touch me ups throughout the day! Perfect for long hot Perth summers!

  48. My lipsticks to make me feel beautiful and also a make up organizer. I have just ordered myself one because I can never find my makeup. This year I plan to organize it, wear it, and rock it. So i think an organizer is a must have make up item.

  49. My must have item is a good quality Black Mascara. I never leave home without it on or one in my bag. Mascara makes an impressive difference to how your eyes look.

  50. Lip balm, because the most common injury I get from being a 4’11 roller derby girl, is getting smacked in the face!

  51. Foundation is must to me cos my skin have some old scars from acne so i need to cover it to feel comfortable and Mascara is great keep my eye open and look nice thanks for the chance xox 🙂

  52. Restorative, re-vitalising magical moisturiser… providing the face ‘palette ‘ on which I can experiment with what cosmetics I have to create a current ‘look’..ELES – an excellent refurbishment of my make-up ‘tools of trade,.

  53. My must have make up item is foundation with suncream in it because protects my skin from the sun and hides blemishes

  54. Lip gloss. It brightens up my whole face, and I can change colours according to what I’m wearing, my mood and what I’m doing. They’re like a wardrobe for your face.

  55. Concealer, as my complexion is blemish prone, it can effectively hide a multitude of sins. It also hides under eye circles very quickly and easily.

  56. Mascara. If I don’t wear it, I look like I barely have any eyelashes. I love how mascara can make your eyes look amazing.

  57. Concealer, for those day’s when I’ve had next to no sleep, missed my morning coffee and just need something to hide behind!

  58. I’m so enjoying the advent of BB creams. Foundation used to be a chore for me, one that resulted in dark patches, uneven application, lines, streaks, you name it. But all my sins are erased with BB creams. They even forgive me for bleary-eyed, uncoordinated way-too-early mornings.

  59. Most definitely my compact powder male up, it hides so many imperfections, as well as tell-tale signs of lack of sleep, stress and tired skin! My lifesaver!

  60. facial primer would be great to win but I would love to win this great prize for my daughter-in-law who has just gone through an horific illness that no young person should go through
