Ever wondered what happens to all those plastic water bottles you recycle? Some of them are used in Beatrix New York’s Big Eco Packs, in fact the nylon made to create each one of these cuties is made entirely from 7 plastic bottles.
The trimming is made from “naturally biodegradable canvas” so every part of these bags are planet friendly. The Big Eco Packs are designed for 5 to 10 year olds (they also come in Little Eco Packs for ages 2 to 5), but even a female adult could make use of these lightweight backpacks if they wanted to – and I do want to! But the best person for this pink and grey Love design (pictured) would be a young girl on her first day of school.
These bags are a fantastic way to encourage your children to recycle “honey, recycle that bottle and another little girl can get a schoolbag too”.

The size of the Big Eco Packs is 14 x 15 x 5.5″, that’s in inches ladies, and in addition to the main bag compartment there is a fairly roomy front zipped pocket and two side zipped pockets which are always convenient for drinks or items that need to be easily accessible.
