Lip balm! I suffer from cold sores brought on from the sun, so i never venture outside with SPF30+ lip balm on 😀
At the moment it’s lip balm! I just finished treatment for acne and my whole face, including my lips, is so dry! I can’t the house without lip balm and all my friends know I’m the person to ask for it!

My daily necessity is cleanse, tone and moisturise and of course sunscreen if going outdoors. Then I can eat half of my papaya to help on the insides. Now I need something on the outside.
My husband.Without him I can’t get on or off the bed, eat, drink, shower anything.. He’s amazing, without him I’d be considered high care in a nursing home, at 58 that scares the living daylights out of me.
Lip balm is my everyday essential, I HATE having dry lips! I keep a few in my handbag, one beside my bed and love scented ones.

A lipgloss. My lips cracks and bleeds really bad if I forget to put on lipgloss. My hubby jokingly calls me a vampire when that happens.
