What makes me smile in the morning? The fact that I am so lucky. Some of the things that happen in this world are truly horrifying, and the only real worry I have in the morning is that I get up, have something in the fridge for breakfast, have hot water for my shower, and clean clothes to wear. Im so lucky compared to a lot of young people in the world. Im not smiling because Im glad I am not having a rough time, Im smiling because I am great full for what I have and I appreciate it so much.
My puppy Tyler, every morning he knows not to make a sound until I let him in the house, then he showers me with wet kisses and makes me laugh with his waggly tail and sweet smile.
My family make me smile every morning the overwhelming love I have for them and knowing at the end of a hard day we will all be together!

My cat who is always about 2 inches from my face telling me it’s time to feed her at 5am.. Lucky I like her!
Waking up to a little face fast asleep with her snuggle rug and all the stuffed animals she could carry. Creeping in during the night our Miss 3, aka ‘the quiet achiever’ sneeks in and finds the most snuggle warm spot between my husband and I. I can’t believe I don’t realise she’s in bed with us. She takes all the blankets and half of my pillow. But there’s nothing better than a big sloppy kiss and a boisterous squeeze from an overjoyed youngster.
Just waking up in the morning feeling well makes me smile because I know I will be able to do normal everyday chores or outings for that day.
Getting out of bed doesn’t make me smile, but a nice hot shower, beautiful scents, seeing my kids sleepy faces, a cup of coffee and the promise of a new day make me smile each day!

Apart from waking up ALIVE…the first thing that wakes me up is my kitty cat. He comes and jumps all over me, tapping my face with his paws, nuzzling his nose into my nose, and then if that doesn’t work…he gets noisy…he will go into my bathroom and close the door so he’s locked in and then scratch cos he can’t get out…he knows that I have to get up to open the door…he is one smart puddy tat…
I smile everyday when I wake up and see my beautiful dogs big brown eyes and he licks my face letting me know its time for food, hes so cute, my cute big poodle bear.
