  1. my favourite meal would have to be a green smoothie for breakfast packed with kale and superfoods , its sets me up with so much energy for the rest of the day! 🙂
    I would really love to try adding more greens (like spirilina) to up my protein and vitamins to try a more raw food based diet.

  2. My favourite healthy meal with pesto pasta salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes, tasty and good for you 🙂

  3. I love freshly blended pineapple with ginger. I put it in my Vitamix until its a frothy puree, then I spoon it up. YUM! Its good for breakfast or as a snack.

  4. To be honest, I am not a healthy eater at all. Hopefully this wonderful product will be the start of many good things to come. 🙂

  5. I love having a healthy serve of porridge with a tablespoon of chia seeds to kick start my day. Gives me lots of energy and keeps me feeling full until lunch time.

  9. My mother’s vegetable soup. It’s full of nutrition and the ultimate comfort food. Nobody makes it better than her.

  10. Mine is chopped up fresh fruits sprinkled with bran and 2 spoons full of lite yoghurt. I love this for my lunch time meal

  11. A superfoods soup…every superfood is in it! Tooo many to name..and so delicious, you just want to eat it anyway!

  12. Sushi is always my favourite healthy food. It’s made with fresh nutritional ingredients and tastes great!

  13. my favourite meal is a big breakfast of cereal, fruit, youghurt and nuts…all washed down with copious amounts of green tea. (And a coffee of course).

  14. My favourite healthy fast food, diced chicken, diced tomatoes, diced onion, fresh garlic, fresh herbs, salt and a little bit of tomato paste in a fry pan with the lid on, cook for 10 minutes or so and then add a packet of slim pasta angel hair and heat through. Delicious, quick and simple.

  15. Vegetable soup… we’re having it tonight after a cold, grey and rainy day in Sydney! It’s wholesome, warming and super tasty, vegetarian friendly and packed with nutrients. Plus an easy way to get our daily serving of vegetables. What a winner!

  16. i have been dinking chlorophyll and chlorophyll mixes for a long time and think I am feeling better for it. I really would love to give SUPER GRASS a try

  17. would have to be salmon with crispy skin or any fresh fish and salad with a light dressing, yummy love seafood and love salads

  18. My Mum’s chicken and vegetable soup – especially on a winter’s day – full of nutrients and so filling that I don’t need that chocolate bar afterwards!

  19. I love a simple but nutritious meal. A grilled chicken breast on a bed of julienned carrots and cabbage with a drizzle of lemon is a great comforting meal for this gal. Simple, easy yet nutritious.

  20. Teriyaki and Sesame Chicken Stirfry, which I load up with plenty of fresh vegetables, like carrot, onion, green beans, capsicum and baby corn. Delicious, healthy and quick to prepare!

  21. A BIG salad that includes lovely leafy greans, crisp and fresh and for summer include some chopped mangoes and strawberries with balsamic vinegar to give that sweet and sour taste.

  22. I love poached eggs on lightly buttered toast, it fills me and keeps me going with a glass of fresh apple juice.

    Kills a cold, mends a flu, but that’s not all that it can do,
    Get chook and every vegie in a simple serve,
    Everything that’s needed and that’s what bubs deserves.
