ILIA Beauty isn’t a brand that you are probably familiar with. Having only been launched in January of 2011, it is definitely still a new contender in this wide world of organic beauty.
ILIA Beauty is a boutique range of natural lip products – with lipsticks, lip tints, lip balm, multi-purpose sticks and a newer addition for the face – illuminators.
Each of the classy products are filled to the brim with up to 85% certified organic bio-active botanicals. Today I’m drawing your attention towards two of the items from the range – the Balmy Days Lip Balm and Balmy Nights Lip Exfoliator.
Balmy Days is a sophisticated, ultra moisturising lip balm to help soften and soothe lips which have seen better days. With sunflower, sesame and avocado oils included in the formula – along with shea butter – you have an enriching balm that protects and leaves lips feeling soft and hydrated.
The Balmy Nights Lip Exfoliator is something a little different – an exfoliant in stick form – created with granules of volcanic stone powder (there is something slightly exotic about this, no?) which is gentle on the delicate lip skin – helping to remove dryness and leaving lips smooth and ready for your lip balm. Balmy Nights also includes a similar formulation to its partner, Balmy Days – so you can exfoliate and nourish lips at the same time.
