  1. I love to warm wash my face with a foaming cleanser followed by a gentle massage with macadamia nut oil to help with dryness and wrinkles. Well, the old gal’s got to try something ti keep them at bay!!

  2. I pamper my body by going to day spa when my financial condition is good.
    Otherwise, I’ll do a home spa; plenty of massage, gentle scrub, bubble bath, and applying moisturizing lotion.

  3. The truth is that my body deserves more pampering then I give it.
    When the time comes that I am able to sit and take stock without distractions then I do like to cover myself from head to toe in a lovely scented body moisturiser. This really should be done daily but then again it wouldnt seem so special and pampering then.

  4. I like to pamper my body by having a total ‘me’ day. I will do a spa day at home! Have a bath with essential oils. Facial and body scrub. I will also have a healthy eating day. I don’t get to do this as often as I like to though.

  5. I hardly ever get to pamper my body with 4 children, one of whom has a disability but when I get a chance I love to scrub my skin and soak my feet, then rehydrate with a quality moisturiser.

  6. I love to have a bubble bath, light lavender candles and use goat milk soap to moisturise my body and this leaves my skin and my mind feeling pampered and refreshed.

  12. I have only just remembered the importance of taking time out to look after yourself. Having been overloaded with subjects in my final year of university while working 30+ hours a week to support myself and being a part of a volunteer leadership program, I have been neglecting myself. This week I found my old skincare products and the effect on my stress levels has been amazing. What better to wake up to than a nice warm shower where beautiful scents get you ready for the day, followed by a nice brazil nut moisturiser to keep you feeling upbeat through the day?

  13. I like to have a day of total relaxation. I have a bath in epsom salts, then i soak my feet in my foot spa, while I massage my hands, arms and legs in moisturiser and just sit back and relax while it all soaks. I listen to relaxation music , which helps me totally relax.

    I love to (on the rare occasion that I remember/have time/not too exhausted) start with a body scrub with a scrub cloth, then pumice my poor cracked heels.
    Finish up with an all over moisturiser and feet balm (with socks!!).
    Topped off with a wheat bag and a cuppa – heaven!! <3

  15. Eating healthy, working out and being happy and positive helps to keep me prepped and preened! When wanting to give my body a pamper I always use natural products to help keep my skin in check!

  16. At my age my body definitely needs more pampering than I give it but as I spend a lot of time in the garden I use Sukin night cream & Rose Hip oil every night but also most mornings before hitting the garden, summer & winter.

  17. My pamper day is usually on every second weekend. I would have a day full of ‘me time’. Firstly, I would mediate and do some yoga stretches in the morning to get all the energy I need for the day. Then I will have a small breakfast with a coffee and weekend newspaper. I would then go to the farmer market to get all the fresh and quality local produces for my family meals during the weekend. Coming back from the shopping, I would do my manicure and pedicure cleansing. Then I move on with face wash and mask time, I normally use clay mask; which helps absorb all the dirt and oils accumulated during the whole week. During that time, I prepare my bath tubs with epsom salt and essential oils. During my bath, I would indulge with some readings (books or magazines) or spend some time on self-reflections. By the time I finish my bath and face-mask, it would be time to prepare some lunch and dinner for my family with all the fresh produces that I bought in the morning.
    That’ s is my perfect pampering day. I always feel more refresh and energised after indulging myself but still having bonding time with the family.

  18. For a quick foot pamper, grab a bucket to fit your feet into, put the kids marbles in and place warm water and some lavendar oil into it – sit and relax and move your feet over the marbles – a gentle massage plus some oil for your feet – Ahhh, the simple things in life are always the best…

  26. I pamper my body twice a day by having a shower cleansing my face with Sukin foaming facial cleanser, cleaning my body with Sukin botanical body wash, followed by washing my hair with Sukin restoring shampoo and conditioning with Sukin moisturising conditioner.
    When I’m finished in the shower I moisturise my body with Sukin hydrating body lotion and use Sukin rosehip and facial moisturiser, I also carry around sukin hydrating mist toner for when needed, I love sukin and will be adding more to my collection..

  28. I love to pamper my body beginning with a long shower, all over body scrub and moisturise. Wish I had the time to do this every night, but with a little one, sometimes there’s other things to do.

  29. Pampering at my house is a shower, without interruptions from either of my two favourite little people, using a gorgeously fragranced body wash followed by a matching moisturiser. About twice a year a face mask gets slapped on when the kids are in bed. Bliss!

  33. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and being a vegan, I love to pamper myself with natural and cruelty-free skin products. I use natural oils such a coconut oil every day on my stomach to avoid stretch marks. I also use coconut oil on my face and in my hair. Since becoming pregnant, I am even more conscious of the products I am consuming and putting on my body… Thus, natural and organic products is the way to go!

I’m pretty clever: first I indulge by using a beautiful body wash, followed by exfoliation, then as I give myself a home facial with all natural products, while the mask is on, I pop some organic fair-trade chocolate (guilt-free!!) into my mouth, so I’m indulging the inside of my body as well! I like to focus on the nutritional benefits I’m receiving from the cacao – healthy all over 🙂

  35. I love to indulge my body by having a long hot bath with bath oils for sensitive skin, and give my body a good lavender salt scrub. Then I’ll slather my skin with lavender moisturizer and cuddle in my my favourite pair of PJ’s with a cup of green tea and a book. It’s so relaxing and I feel a million bucks after.

  37. A nice glass of wine in the bath surrounded with candles and jazz music playing in the background.I use a natural bath bomb and lay back and relax.I then exfloliate with a mitt and after the bath I apply a generous amount of body lotion- both Sukin of course.

  39. Oooooo I love a good home pamper!!
    I start by putting the kids to bed 😉 Then I run a beautiful warm bath, with lovely essential oils. Follow by a soak with a good book (currently the Game of Thrones.) I then use a body scrub & cleanse my face.
    Once I jump out of the bath, I use a microdermabrasion or a clay face mask.
    Once that’s washed off its time for a deep moisturise.
    My facial moisturisation starts with a firming serum, then a eye cream, followed by a night cream & lastly I apply Rose Hip oil.
    I also apply a rich body lotion all over & a hand cream to my feet (followed by my bed socks!!)
    Then I sip on my Peppermint tea, snuggled in bed whist continuing to read my book!! (can’t put it down!)
    To finish my beautiful night, I rinse out my tea pot & leaf basket, check on & kiss my beautiful kiddies, then snuggle down into bed to sweet dreams, before getting up in 2 hours with the baby~ a perfect night!! (almost!) 😉

  40. i like to relax in a nice warm bath with a little lavender and exfoliate 🙂 my down time from the daily mum and wife duties. It only happens once a week however a daily moisturizer and a splash of cold water!

  42. I love to pamper myself with a hot bath with Epsom salts to draw all the toxins out of my body. I also like to do regular mani/pedis with a splash of colour to really treat myself!

    I love Sukin products especially their Rosehip oil which I use everyday as my facial moisturiser.

  43. I do a full body exfoliation every morning using a dry body brush, and then after my shower I lather myself in body moisturizer. Apart from exercising everyday and eating well, that’s it 🙂

  44. I’ve just had a baby 25th May and I’d love to be able to escape a bit with a pamper day.. especially after been stuck in hospital with bub as he’s been very sick. and during pregnancy I was so limited in what I could use.

  52. Total relaxation. I play soft music in the background, close my eyes and tense one muscle at a time for 5 seconds before relaxing it, starting at my toes, ending at my head. At the end my body feels really good. I am also finding I am losing weight and excreting toxins more easily!

  53. I like to pamper my body by exfoliating in the shower then covering my face and body with a nice moisture treatment. Then when it comes time for bed, it’s cotton gloves and hand cream for me!

  58. I like to go for a long run (around 10kms) so that I can feel that my body deserves some pampering. Then I have a long bath with oils or salts and apply a hair keratin treatment so my hair will feel as good as my body . Then I moisturise my whole body and face, blow dry my soft hair, apply some light make up and the n feel a million bucks.

  59. A good run in the morning, a warm shower, then i like to apply moisturiser on my entire body while its still damp. i then apply face moisturiser and treatment oil to my hair. I do this almost everyday. my body deserves a pamper everyday, not just on selected days 🙂 You dont need to go to extremes to pamper it, look after your skin and health everyday, that should be good enough. remember even eating good food and following a healhy diet is a good way to pamper your body. Give it the respect and the love it deserves and you will be always happy and healthy.

  61. Doing all the house work. Then clasping into a hot sweet smelling fluffy bath that tingles from head to your toes.

  66. Hi pamper my body at least every week by putting on gorgeous home made masks for face and body. Then dry brushing my body (helps circulate blood and refreshes the skin) and put on a natural body mask. Then I soak myself in a warm lavender bath with lovely scented candles (Heaven!). I truly feel rejuvenated after treating myself this way every week.

Being female, the need to constantly be doing something for some part of your body is unavoidable and can become mundane drudgery, I like getting together with girlfriends so we can help each other with our up keep, making homemade concoctions to slather on our faces or mixing essential oils to bathe in.. If I’m short of time, just burning essential oils like lavender works a charm believe it or not the stress just melts away from the body..

  72. I always pamper from the inside out. so … a glass of water (with a little lemon juice in it) as well as a handful of nuts or dried fruit. I then like brush my skin to exfoliate and then soak in a warm bath with a few drops of body oil and some fruit scented bubble bath. There is nothing more luxurious then a fragrant bath, an iced drink (usually fruit water) and a good book – sanctuary for the body, mind and soul.

  73. Usually it would be a long bath but as I’m restricted to a shower right now (come on hubby, do your DIY!) I love to get out the body exfoliant and have a good scrub then slather myself in the matching body lotion when I’m (almost) dry.

  74. I love having a bubble bath by candlelight with a few drops of lavender essential oil and a handful of rose petals thrown in, with my head against a bath pillow, reading my favourite book and having a glass of bubby. Sheer bliss!

  77. Switch off my phone and computer so that my mind is relaxed which will eventually relax my body. I’d then brew a cup of tea which is also a great way to relax my body. This followed by bathtub with heaps of bubbles, glass of wine, soft music and a face mask – every Sunday this is my time!

    Pampering my feet would include soaking, foot mask, foot file scrub and finally a massage with a moisturising peppermint cream – Aaaah!

  83. When I have free cash, I love a full-body massage, preferably with sweet-smelling oils or those luscious hot stones. Aaaah! At the other economic scale, I grab handful of sugar and some oil (coconut or sweet almond, but olive in a pinch) and indulge in a good body scrub. Not as good as a lush bought product, I admit, but being broke doesn’t mean the end of pampering.

  87. I like to have good long warm baths with scented candles and bubbles. I just soak in there for ages and ages letting my worries melt away.

  88. I would always spare one day in a week for myself where I would just relax and not think about any problems. A combination of bubble bath and scented candles would usually do the trick. I would also take this time to put on a mud mask. After that I pamper my inner body by drinking green tea or water and a healthy snack, usually snacks like garden salad.

  96. I remember before children how I use to spend up on indulging myself – monthly body massage and pedicure. I enjoyed quiet baths of an evening with soft music, lit candles and bath salts. Weekly facials at home were a Sunday night routine and I always made sure I used hair masques regularly and oil treatments.

    How things have changed. Now married with three children I am lucky to even eat my dinner by 9 pm. Taking a few bites in between hand feeding two kidlets, up and down to requests of cold water, tomato sauce or more milk. Time to indulge is spent quickly using a face wash in the shower, surrounded by two girls who want to hog the hot water.

    But being the recipient of this luxurious prize I would ensure time is made for ME – just to enjoy the luxury these products bring.

  97. I’d like to wash my face with natural and organic products and gentle cleansers. I love the Suskin Rosehip Oil, would love to try all the other suskin products as well

  98. Cucumbers soothing eye gel so I say “Hasta la vista” grubby panda eyes and dance in the vege patch proudly under that bright moonlight.
