  1. I keep myself moisturised, hydrated, eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and make sure I get plenty of exercise. Tried and tested and works for me!

    1. A glass of water and fresh squeeze of lemon juice first thing each morning wakes up my mind, body and spirit.

  2. I keep myself active and energised by doing 30 minutes exercise EVERY morning. NO excuses…. get up, have some water, do cardio, weights, pilates, yoga combo and then I am set for the day.. EVERY day!!!

  3. I just have to get enough sleep and force myself to eat a healthy breakfast. If I don’t do either, by the time lunchtime comes around, I’m exhausted and start to make bad eating choices.

  4. Ive got a teenager..so, keeping up with her keeps me very active, energized and young at heart (well, this getting old bit isn’t good..lol)

  7. I meditate daily do,tai chi and look after myself from the oustside in ,choosing clean eating when ever I can and I look after my skin by never going to bed with makeup on and a weekly mask for my skin and hair,read good books and have a wonderful family and friends.

  9. I find taking proper care of myself is essential for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The better I feel, the more I’m able to engage fully with my life and the richer my relationships with other people become. A good pampering session such as a facial and massage balances me from the inside out, refreshing, relaxing and rejuvenating me, making me happier and saner, all of which I carry with me into my dealings with the wider world.

  10. I try to live life to the fullest. No sitting on the couch watching the world go by, Im out there makng it spin. Eat well, drink plenty of water and always be on the move. There is so much to see and do in life and being healthy is so important.

Most mornings I’ll dry body brush before hitting the shower to get my skin zinging , then I’ll try to have a green smoothie or juice for a mid morning energy buzz, getting out or a walk always gets the blood flowing and focuses the mind and failing all that there’s always a good old long macchiato as a fallback! Weeee!

  12. After I’ve dropped my three kids at School/Preschool I do one hour on the Spinbike in the garage whilst reading, have a coffee, then I’m reading for the chores of the day.

  13. I put on some Lady Gaga music, or something similar, and dance around the house whilst doing the housework. Dancing is good exercise, easily done at home and keeps me feeling fit and happily energized!

  23. I eat healthier, and dont snack, between meals and have also cut from my diet, sugar, and have lost 20kgs

  24. SLEEP is the key to my energy. I make sure I get 8 hours of sleep every night. In doing so, I wake up feeling fresh and ready to go!

  25. I try to exercise at least 5 days each week, even if it’s just a walk it’s better than couch surfing!

  26. By running around after my toddler, it reminds me that life is short and I must make the most of his inspiring energy and push aside my fears of that roller coaster.

  27. Each day I run around the house chasing after two toddlers; I try to fit in some cross training and cook healthily for the family. I nice dose of beauty and lace each day too and im active and energized.

  37. Coffee and a brisk walk. But I will be trying Jamie Oliver’s suggestion, from watching his show last night, and that was that he eats a little chilli when he is feeling tired, he reckons it’s better than coffee. Give it a go too.
