Packaging
Well, it’s a facial wipes pack. Non-recyclable plastic, with a sticker sealer over the tissue slot. The graphics are nice – rich brown and purple rather than the typical clinical whiteness. Actually, come to think about it, as a facial tissue pack I think it may be kind of sexy…
Product
The pack holds 25 wipes, which do not contain any toxic chemicals like parabens, glycols, caustics, artificial fragrances, PEGS or silicones as do regular facial wipes. Instead, these babies have been infused with plant derived lactic acid (exfoliating bonus point), vitamin e, certified organic oils of jojoba, almond and rosehip AND certified organic aloe vera. Win! They do contain a smidge of alcohol, but since we generally use facial wipes so infrequently I don’t think it is too devastating to worry about. Worry about the SLS in your toothpaste instead.
It states that the wipes themselves are made of a natural biodegradable fibre (but I don’t know which fibre, which can make a difference in terms of pesticides used). That being said, comparatively speaking I would much prefer WOTNOT anyway to your average supermarket brand loaded with umpteen more toxic nasties.
They work like a charm. I had on my Amy Winehouse-on-crack makeup the other night (don’t ask) and it removed everything like a dream. I didn’t have to rub, and I just blotted it over my eyes to remove my mascara. I would highly recommend this product for traveling (you can multi-purpose by using it as a wash cloth when if you…ugh…don’t have the means).
They have a very faint plant / alcohol smell (you know you like it), but nothing at all irritating or overpowering. Nice job, WOTNOT. Strange name, but nice job!
Cost / Usage
If you’re a normal person one cloth per cleanse is plenty. Any more and you seriously need to tone down the make-up, honey. So at about 50 cents a wipe I think it is worth it, especially if you are traveling or having a “sleepover”.

Hi girls, just to let you know the cetearyl alcohol in WOTNOT wipes is not an alcohol cleanser but a super mild emulsifier, in fact one of only a few approved by the Australian Certified Organic organisation (ACO). The drying alcohols to look out for are:
ethyl alcohol
ethanol alcohol
isopropyl alcohol
These will strip your skin of natural oils and do more harm than good!
